01. Booking & Payment

- Payments must be completed within the specified timeframe. Late payments may result in automatic cancellation without notice.
- Specific hotel rates or promotions may require non-refundable payments, which will be clearly communicated.
- Remaining balances must be settled according to the agreed schedule prior to service delivery.
02. Refunds & Cancellations
- Hotel bookings are subject to the respective hotel’s cancellation and refund policies (varies by hotel and room type).
- Cancellation requests or changes will be processed strictly according to the hotel’s terms and conditions.
- Once approved by the hotel, Lankaday Explorers will process the refund to the original payment method.
- Certain special offers or discounted rates may be non-refundable.
- Our team is available to assist and support any refund procedures to ensure a smooth process.
